NASCAR taking the Cup Series to Circuit of The Americas is a fantastic move. I’ve been to COTA twice and both times walked away thinking it was the nicest racetrack in the United States.If it’s world-class enough for Formula One’s annual trip here, NASCAR will certainly enjoy a visit. While it’s true there are some obscenely tight turns for stock cars, much of the course should race well and offer plenty of excitement and unknowns.
